In fact any company that has suppliers, staff or clients is already using CRM. The (CRM) software, simply allows you to automate and enforce many of these polices and procedures taking away the monotony and empowering your staff to optimise their time, reduce costs and increase profits.

Mr CRM is a Brisbane based company set up to support the Microsoft CRM user community. We provide strategic consulting, advice, customisation and third party add-ons including in-house development. We also run the Queensland Microsoft CRM User Group in Brisbane
